The National Institute of Nuclear Physics, to name some of the projects they worked, has substantially contributed to the experiments and the LHC accelerator at CERN in Geneva, with investments of around one billion euro over the past decade . Half the investment is returned to Italy in industrial orders, promoting the competitiveness of Italian technology. Hundreds of scientists and engineers who are contributing to the precarious construction of experiments at risk of having to abandon the search, unable to participate in competitions in the past and those to come. The growing brain drain to foreign institutions and the economic and social damage (Hundreds of thousands of euro are needed for the formation of a researcher, for example) order the Italian research in a slow but inexorable decline .....
